This exciting new development within the Kelvin Grove Urban Village is to become a vibrant, connected and creative inner city community, with a village atmosphere.
The six storey mixed-use residential building with one level of basement carparking comprises eight apartments per floor - 28 x 1 bedroom apartments and 10 x 2 bedroom apartments. Every unit has direct access to private outdoor space, with strong connection between internal and external living spaces.
Natural light and ventilation through the central corridor, screening elements to balconies and courtyard gardens are some of the passive design principles adopted. A central entry terrace, overlooked by private balconies aims to create an active, inviting Victoria Park Road facade. In line with the local area plan, all units would be developed to meet 4 Star Green Star accreditation, creating a sustainable living community.
