Nexus Corporate Park, a 6,000m2 Corporate and Industrial Business Park was completed within 12 months of land purchase.

McVeigh’s integrated team achieved a well designed, value for money development. Post tender negotiations led by McVeigh Consultants achieved a $350k saving on an initial tender price of $7.4m.

The project was constructed in 10 months with over 40 people on site for extended times. Approvals, defects, plan sealing and title registration were all coordinated by McVeighs integrated team, resulting in settlements occurring in record times.
